Commit to taking at least 10,000 steps a day.
I often forget this (perhaps after recovering from a cold), but when I start back up, it takes no time at all before I feel happy, content, and ready to take on the world.
Simple solution work!
I keep it simple. I have a Fitbit and a goal of 10,000 steps a day. If I do more steps, that is awesome but at least I do my minimum. If it is 7pm and I still have some steps to complete, I will even run in place. (As a bonus, you can add weight lifting as well, but remember to keep it simple). The combination of weights with cardio promotes weight loss. Remember to give your muscles rest.
I encourage you to keep it simple and follow the 10K plan.
